Jim Hershey Honoree Summer of 2023 

The Bella Vista Arts Council Honors Jim Hershey from the Bella Vista Woodcarvers Club

 On Thursday, June 15th the Arts Council held a public reception where they featured Jim Hershey as one of three artists chosen for the Summer 2023 Artist Spotlight Program at the Bella Vista Pub & Grill.  Each honoree displayed a table with their artistic creations and gave a short presentation on their craft and the processes they use.  The group was recognized in a ceremony with Councilman Craig Honchell presenting certificates of appreciation to each artist for sharing their artistic talents within our community.  Congratulations to Jim!!!
